I think the best thing you can do is buy him a tee and let him hit off a tee.Take him around the game as much as you can.Play catch with him as much as he wants.Let him watch Baseball Tonight.Keep exposing
First I would try to get in his head.Find out why he thinks he started to do it.What fear does he have.Then I would have him begin to work on throwing the ball to the pitchers mound with his eyes closed
It is interference but the question is did the runner try to score? If he stopped then it is a judgement whether the runner would have scored.If he keeps running and is thrown out on a close play then
If you want to improve your arm strength try getting on a good long toss program at least two days a week.On the throwing motion for an infielder that is hard to say because I would need to see your throwing
If you want to throw more strikes them it is simple, start throwing more.You can set a tire up and throw at the sides of the tire. The more you throw at objects the better your control will be.Stop tryin
