Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

Metaphysics is not woo-woo. It's been around for years. It's what Aristotle and Socrates taught. It simply means "beyond the physical." And to stretch that out a bit more, it means beyond the physical to the mental, where it's all caused.

Some churches see metaphysics as a cult. It is not a cult. It is a philosophy.
