Hello, The program you are currently using may not be the problem. It may be due to other cd/dvd burning programs already installed on your computer and/or the computer itself is in need of some updates/cleaning
Hello Devin, If you don't have the windows cd to reinstall windows then you are pretty much going to have to purchase a new one, and/or use a friends if they have one. Thing is most computers purchased
Hello Paul, You mention there are two hard drives and if this is the case then yes, you may have had it set up in a raid configuration which would require both hard drives in order to recover the data
Hello, Yes,unfortunately you are going to have to perform a full reinstall with a working disk. I suggest the purchase of a windows 7 disk as you will have a much better operating system than how it
