What do you like about this subject?  I love being able to experiment and learn, and not have to wait and pay for film development. Digital sensors have allowed me to pursue a creative outlet that otherwise would have been inaccessible.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Digital sensors are limited by the size of the actual pixel sites. Smaller pixels give better resolution, but larger pixels give better dynamic range and color sensitivity. The current game is balancing these two phenomena, and is called "quantum efficiency".
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Digital photography catches a lot of bad press because it's so easy to manipulate images. The future of truth in pictures now relies solely on human integrity.
