Expertise:  I can answer questions about the techniques, training, history, and general practice of Karate, as well as many other styles of martial arts. Please feel free to ask me about selecting a school, picking an instructor, dojo etiquette, testing, board breaking and pretty much anything related to the study and practice of martial arts.

Experience in the area
I have been training in Martial Arts for nearly 15 years and hold dan ranks in Freestyle Karate,and JiuJitsu, and have experience in kickboxing as well as teaching some basic self defense.

I graduated Union High School in 1999 and have been teaching martial arts since 2004.

I have competed in many tournaments and am currently a nominee for the U.S. Martial Arts Hall of Fame to be held in July, 2008.
