Usually in pre season and in season is when you want to back off on the weight training since it maybe too much for the body to handle. I would recommend twice a week to maintain and in the offseason
I'm no expert on winstrol but I believe that is what they give to horses also. I know that it will help increase muscle mass and get you leaner like most anabolic steroids. I wouldn't recommend it because
Sounds to me like nothing is wrong with you physically. You just lack the motivation to workout. You need accountability. YOu need to hire a personal trainer or maybe join a fitness bootcamp class.
A vegetarian diet including fish is healthy just like a well balanced diet with other animal proteins also. Check out the food guide pyramid and just replace the animal proteins with fish or vegetarian
It is normal to lose range of motion because of something called "fatigue". Use a lighter weight if you can't complete the full range of motion. It's probably too heavy. As far as forearms and calves
