Most of these weight gaining shakes are low quality proteins and lots of added sugar. Best thing to do is to buy your own whey protein separately and then add fruit, veggies, healthy fats, etc.. There
I would definitely recommend you purchase some heavier weights. I would also recommend a different workout. I'm not a big fan of working only certain muscle groups in one workout. I prefer total body
Go to www.freedieting.com . Enter your information and figure out how many calories you need to maintain weight then add about 500 calories to that number. So let's say you calculated your maintenance
Don't do chin ups every day. You muscles need at least 48 hours to recuperate from intense strength training. You could try doing your pull ups at the beginning of your workout when you are fresh.
The truth is that most supplements dont' work or are overhyped. The most important thing you can do is to eat a well balanced diet of lean proteins, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats
