I am a speed expert. I can answer questions in regards to how to get faster and or quicker. If you are an athlete, I can also help you with your strength training routine. Understanding how you need to workout to get stronger will also help you get faster as well.I have had over 16 years of experience in the health and fitness field. The last 9, I started and have been running my own personal training company. I was also the head strength coach of an area high school for 4 years before committing to my company full-time.
I am a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I also belong to USA Weightlifting.
I have been the feature of several articles in Columbus Business First and Mid-Ohio Golfer. I have written articles for various online article directories which can be found by Google searching my name. I have done speakings at several state and local clinics for strength and conditioning.

I haven't found anybody credible that uses these weight gainer powders and sees awesome results. I would use a whey protein or meal replacement powder that would have at most 20-30 grams of protein and
I favor free weights more. I think resistance bands have their place and can provide some benefit, but sometimes it is tough to find the right resistance that makes it beneficial for a pretty fit/strong
It really just depends on your strength levels. The second one is like doing 4 sets of 25 of all of those. Most people that would be a really challenging workout and potentially would be fatigued by
Sorry for the delay, I was out of town and didn't see your follow ups. You need to eat a certain amount of calories each day to meet your daily requirements. That amount changes the more you burn.
It depends on what your definition is of leaner legs. I always shy away from the lighter resistance. I just don't think it does what people want it to do which is get them lean. I think the heavier
