Hi Franco. A couple of things: 1)You're never going to get "huge" if you're not going to incorporate any lower body training. 2)Get your nutrition in check and then worry about your pre- and post-workout

Hi Warren. The answer to your question is different for each individual. Find a weight that allows you to use good technique throughout your set and probably a weight that you couldn't do more than 2-3

Hi Lisa. Excellent job with your weight loss. Yes, doing some form of strength training should be your next step to continue with your weight loss. Do not be afraid of bulking up. "Bulking up" occurs
