To clarify-"just do exercises for your lowerbody one day and upperbody the next day"-means that you would do exercises for your: biceps-triceps-shoulders-back and chest one day and exercises for your:
It is perfectly fine for you to do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred several days in a row-just do exercises for your lower body one day and upperbody the next day.
Hi Elsa, You should eat something small before working out-a piece of fruit-oatmeal,etc. See if a trainer at the gym can give you a few sessions to show you how to use the machines and design a program

Hi Dina, When you exercise to build muscle mass-you are lifting heavy weights with fewer repititions. Some good mass building lower body exercises are: leg press calf press squat walking lunges
