It is perfectly fine for you to do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred several days in a row-just do exercises for your lower body one day and upperbody the next day.

Hi Elsa,  You should eat something small before working out-a piece of fruit-oatmeal,etc.  See if a trainer at the gym can give you a few sessions to show you how to use the machines and design a program

Bryan,  You can jog 3 days per week and weight train 3 days per week.  On weight training days-do a full body workout.  Upperbody:  bicep curls  tricep pressdown  bech press  lat pulldown  Lowerbody:

Hi Dina,  When you exercise to build muscle mass-you are lifting heavy weights with fewer repititions.  Some good mass building lower body exercises are:  leg press  calf press  squat  walking lunges
