you may have over trained her. I suggest figure out her timing (when she needs to go), and then place her in the potty area say go pee and walk away. Restrict her ability to follow you back. Leave

Hello Stacie: go back to basic puppy training. Keeping your dog on leash when taking a potty break. also make sure you clean the driveway with odour and stain removers that contain enzymes that break
