Publications

I currently contribute regularly to Dog-Canine Blog.I am the founder and publisher of The Boxer Behavioral Journal,a scientific journal with detailed behavioral case study information, which someday I hope will add valuable knowledge to the breeding, care and health of the breed.I am also a freelance writer with my latest article: Distinctive Behaviors of Boxer Dogs found at http://www.hitowerboxers.com/boxerdogbehavior.htm and distributed on the world wide web.

Education/Credentials

What do you like about this subject?

I have had a passion for boxer dogs since a small child and cannot image my life without a boxer. See my Boxer Dogs

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I hope to continue to educate the public about this beautiful breed and someday my behavioral work of the breed will help others and be a valuable asset to the breeding, care and health of the boxer breed. I also desire to produce boxers who exemplify the boxer breed standard, who are sound in health, beauty & temperament.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

Friederun von Miram-Stockmann is considered the mother of the boxer breed and she had a great influence on the making of the boxer breed. Her kennel was vom Dom,in Germany, her boxers are literally the foundation of the gene pool in every country of the world.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Ear cropping and tail docking of the breed are considered illegal in some countries.
