What do you like about this subject?

It really is a topic that effects all of us. Few truely pay attention to it. Plus the U. S. Constitution remains one of the most functional designs for government ever devised by man. It lives.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

Since most answers to questions are not black & white; they are opinions that can and do differ. Sometimes it is hard to explain this. It may require my asking follow up questions to better understand what is being asked. I am trying to make may answers clear when possible.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

The Bill of Rights is a list of things we didn't like when the English imposed restrictions on these rights.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

The 3 worst USSC cases, Dred Scott, Roe V Wade, and the civil forfiture rulings. I feel the 17th Amendment was a mistake. Ask me why.
