Expertise

I can answer questions pertaining to fitness therapy, i.e., post rehabilitative fitness programs for special population groups, such as those diagnosed with a lifestyle related medical condition within six weeks after formally diagnosed-as medically necessary extended care and alternative medicine. I do not answer questions about gym, track, and field athletics, that is, for sports specific athletic trainers or personal training specialists-I work best with people who have been prediagnosed with a lifestyle related medical condition and who have been prescribed fitness therapy by their primary care practitioners.

Experience in the area

I am currently ISSA (International Sport Science Association) certfied in Fitness Therapy with an oreintation and experience in lifestyle medicine. I can refer patients or conduct MAPS (Matching Activities and Personal Style) computer analysis programs for personalized fitness/lifestyle counseling. I have uniquely integrated my workshop experience with hydrotherapy and massage into general fitness exercise routines for special population patients and promoting a fitness lifestyle. I have good experience working with an elite 10 health cleanse facility located in Southern California.
