Hi CM. You can give it a try but if there isn't any improvement after about 3 months, it could be that nothing in the touch therapy field would help. I would advise you to visit a professional therapist
Acupressure and reflexology philosophies come from different roots and cultures several centuries ago. Originally it was all 'trial and error' by the reflexologists with their touch therapy and the acupuncturists

The ear stretch need be done just once a day - it is quite powerful! The Hand and Foot chakras can be worked on twice a day if need be although once a day is usually sufficient. Remember that hypertension
