Experience in the area

I gather information for my responses based on my own life experiences, the experiences of others, advice of doctors and counselors, and my extensive self-studies over the 10 years I've researched psychology. Not only have I researched and acquired much knowledge over the past decade, I am continually learning and educating myself. I have personally been a sufferer of Panic disorder for approximately 10 years. I was once completely debilitated by the severity of my condition, my life had come to a halt. Agoraphobia had set in and I became a prisoner in my home suffering as many as 15 visits a month to the ER because of severe anxiety attacks. After much struggling, learning and searching I've greatly improved - largely in part to my own efforts. I overcame the agoraphobia, and have resumed my life! My anxiety is manageable and has become so without the use of traditional medicine. Through the years, I've known many other sufferers and heard thousands of peoples stories, struggles, and triumphs with anxiety and other psychological conditions.

Education/Credentials
