I am able to answer questions relating to what its like living with schizohrenia. **I look at becoming well from a wholistic approach, through insight and knowledge, and through education and information gives one the empowerment to instill hope for the future. **My background is in drug and alcohol counselling, I also hold a Certificate of Angel Intuitive 2003 from Doreen Virtue. **12 STEP PROGRAMS: Emotions Anonymous, Alcoholic Anonymous, Co-Dependents Anonymous, Overeaters Anonymous, Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous, Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families, eg. Experience in the area

Personal experience with 4 years living with mental illness. 10 years attending counselling, working through childhood trauma issues. 8 years attending and facilitating 12 step self help groups. Interacting with many people with addictions and mental health issues. Educating myself on ways to heal from mental illness through nutritional and life style changes which I have achieved. I am now free of all symptoms of schizophrenia and have confirmation from a psychiatrist. I have extensive resources of information I have gained over the 10 years of working on myself. Drug and alcohol and crisis counselling training.
