What do you like about this subject?

Pilates is a system of movement that allows all levels of skill be enjoy benefits, there are no special requirements. Pilates involves all aspect of fitness and well being.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

My skills are the result of many years experience and I will continue to explore the many interpretations of this great technique.
