I'm happy to answer questions about self-acceptance and losing weight naturally. I'll answer questions about the psychology of eating, enjoying exercising and so on. I am not a dietician and so won't answer any food-related questions.

Experience in the area

2 decades of studying medical and psychological journals and given Mind over Fatter workshops internationally. Written two books, The Joy-Filled Body: Eat! Play! Love and Live (available only from ditch-diets-live-light.com) and The Mind over Fatter program.

Have been the psychologist to SANEP (The South African Nutrion Experts Panel), and on the team of experts of both the South African Journal of Natural Medicine and Shape magazine.

Fat is not always the health ogre it's made out to be see http;//www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/obsity-research.html. However, our thoughts about our fat cause us enormous chronic stress that cause all the health problems forever blamed on being overweight.
