I'm happy to answer questions about self-acceptance and losing weight naturally. I'll answer questions about the psychology of eating, enjoying exercising and so on. I am not a dietician and so won't answer any food-related questions.

Hi Paul, there is no need to eat salads every day. While salads are healthy for you so is plenty other food. But try to make sure you do eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and prepare your food by grilling
