Something controversial or provocative about this subject  "Love me for who I am inside" is a popular slogan according to some, but in my opinion - it's a weak excuse, an easy way out and away from confronting the problem and solving it. The only real solution is changing yourself! Being open to change in lifestyle and perception of things can dramatically transform EVERY MOMENT OF YOUR LIFE FOREVER!
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Everybody knows that exercise and proper diet are keys to losing weight nad maintaining weight. But most people fail to achieve those results becaue they lack the drive, the motivation to stick with their plans. Few people bother to figure out what is missing from their frame of mind that prevents them from sticking to their plan. And that's where I can come in and fill that missing gap.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I wish to direct as many people as possible away from gimmicks, and "tricks" promoted by media and put people on the road that although a bit longer and tougher, brings much better and longer lasting results.
What do you like about this subject?  I like the overwhelming importance of it to the overall life and happiness of every person. I also realize how common the problem is and how much work there is that can be done to help many, many overweight people.
