I can answer questions from couples thinking about hiring a birth doula (questions dealing with hiring a doula, benefits of having a doula, her role, questions to ask a doula, concerns about hiring a doula) I can also questions from women thinking about a career as a doula.

Experience in the area

I have worked as a birth doula since 2003, and have been certified through DONA International since 2004. I have attended 109 births (as of 2/10) and currently attend 2 births a month. I am co-founder of Your Best Birth Childbirth Services, and also work as a childbirth educator, helping couples to have the births they want to have. I am also on the DONA Certification Committee and am a Moderator at alldoulas.com.
