I would like to answer pertaining to critical care( adult), I would be very interested in cardiovascular and thoracic postoperative cases in ICUs. I would be comfortable answering specificaly quaries related to severe sepsis and septic shock. I feel comfortable with most of the issues related to critical care including renal, GI and neurogical issues. Peadiatric cardiac surgical questions are also welcome. I would not be very comfortable with the peaditric medical patients.
