I can help people find sources for their costume ideas and give them ideas for creating it themselves. Many times a costume can be made from items people already have or can easily find, but they just don't realize the potential.

I have been costuming as long as I can remember. After getting requests to make outfits for other people, I eventually started my own company and online store at:

Hi,  They explain it pretty well on this how-to page:    You draw the lines on the fabric before you remove the pins so you know exactly where

Hi,  There are a couple options-  You can try a compression bra, which can be found in the sports bra section. The kind without individual cups will squash everything down.  Or try the old fashioned way

2009-02-23 removing sequin glue:

Hi Shelley,  Removing the sequins will most likely leave a glue mark. It all depends on the glue. I'd say first take one off and see what you've got to work with. Some glue will pick right off. I use tweezers

2008-12-08 Sequined Fabric Jacket:

Hi,  I've found that spray adhesive is not a good way to apply stuff like that because it gets everywhere and doesn't hold very well on fabric.    I'd recommend using fabric glue - I've recently been experimenting

Hi,  You could do this with some basic items and hot glue. If you don't have a hot glue gun, you can get fabric glue at a craft store. Fabric glue is actually better because it can be dry cleaned.    For
