Have worked with location technology since the mid 70s, loran A, Loran C, Transit Satellite Navigation, Omega, GPS, Local Positioning Systems, DGPS. Assisted in the development of the NMEA Communications Standards (1983) and invented navigation data protocol conversion. Pioneered the OEM GPS industry in 1990 and the integration of GPS into Vehicle Navigation and Vehicle Tracking Applications. Assisted in the development of a National DGPS system via RDS subcarrier in the mid 90s and worked with the Globalstar Satellite Communications system. Currently publish Wireless Location News. http://www.wireless-location.com. Own and operate LocEight, a web portal that allows people to publish their location information. http://www.loceight.com.
