Search engines are taking a new approach to duplicate content, you no longer get penalized for duplicate content BUT they won't rank the same site more than once if it has the exact same content. This
I can't tell you exactly what words you should use but I recommend you check out your competition see what they are using. Also why not try longer tailed keywords, such as "educational flash games" etc
I would suggest trying to build your SEO with your main keywords which it sounds like you have started and then expand into sub sections and promote those individually such as "Shooting Games", "Educational
Creting parent and child pages would be like having your pages arranged into sections. For example if you sold cars the main page may by Sales and the pages under that would something like Trucks, Convertables
Your site needs to be structured into sections with parent and child pages, not only on your site map but also in your site navigation.
