Hi Janet, from what you have told me and your description of the material that makes up the case and the Strauss waltz it plays (Johann Strauss born 1825 and died 1899) the date is without a doubt 1920-1930

Good morning Ralph,400 day clocks can be a problem for most people that do not understand how they work. First it is very unlikely that your clock needs winding but if it does it only takes a few turns
Hi Aaron, double faced clocks are quite common and were used in office settings as well as decorative settings. The time on both faces are supposed to read the same, unless you have family in two time
