Expertise:  Studied DT's musical and lyrical structures since I first heard Change of Seasons five years ago. Huge fan of their style of prog-metal blend, as a keyboardist and drummer I am greatly influenced by Portnoy and Ruddess' styles. Like any hardcore fan, I can track their history all the way back to the Berklee sessions in 1986 and onwards.
