The rules in countries and regions differ that is why we suggest that you send your email to the national body of Taekwondo in your country. You may not be aware that the USA has two national organizations

Hello CJ Many people male claims to have been in this or that event or a member of the team. If they were an alternate or administrative member they may have technically been a member of the team.
