Ahhh blood pythons.... OK, here's what I recommend. Get the temp in the cage up to AT LEAST 85F. 88-89 even better. And create a hide box with VERY WET spagnum moss in the bottom-standing water even
1. one key is to not let him get THAT BIG! Don't over feed him. Burms will eat, and eat, and eat, they will feed nearly everyday if you let them. Feed once per week and no more for the first year.
I'll assume you bought a baby. You feed them one prey item (mice or rats) that is as big around as they are (at the biggest point-not the neck)once per week. Caging should be similar to the arid regions
Where are you buying the snake from? Will you be able to hold it BEFORE you buy it? I would recommend holding it. I'm confused as you know long the snake is, but you don't seem to know much else about
Sadra, you ask if it "can become tame" which makes me think it isn't already? Is that true? Have you held this snake, or is it something you are buying over the internet? If you know for a fact that
