What do you like about this subject? I love the South Carolina Coast and think it is one of the most beautiful places in the world to live.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field? There isn't much I haven't done or seen in this field, and a continued learning attitude keeps me in the know.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know: Ocean front property is overpriced.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject People that can really afford the million dollar homes are the most conservative.
