Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Most buyers do not realize that in this part of the state that We as Agents represent the seller in our transactions unless we sign a seperate contract with the buyers to represent them. I am obligated to disclose any problems with the home, but my fiduciary responsibility is to the Seller.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  I started in Real Estate as a P/T Administrative Asst for a large national company before I was hired away by my current Broker. He pushed me to get my license because of my vast knowledge of real estate and wanted to see me make a living doing it. He was gracious enough to pay for my education and is now reaping the rewards of his kindness. Im a VERY VERY lucky woman!
What do you like about this subject?  I have found so much satisfaction in having a career in Real Estate. Im fortunate enough to work with the most wonderful Broker & group of Agents out there & be a part of a team that I respect. We work to live, not live to work. It is so rare that not only do you love what you do but you love working for the company you work for.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  There is always something to learn. My goal is to educate the public about real estate transactions. Real estate is not just a hobby, it is a full time job that requires ethics, integrity, professionalism, along with some personality and smiles.

Thanks for your reply. I do think I will just do it myself and save the 500 bucks, I was told I needed an attorney to file the probate too but really
