I have been a licensed Mortgage Broker for over six years and a licensed Realtor for over 2 years. I work in the capacity as a full time Mortgage Broker. I obtained my Real Estate license so I could thoroughly understand Real Estate purchasing, the law and both sides of the transaction.

Education/Credentials
Licensed Realtor and Licensed Mortgage Broker. My credentials is the education that is required every two years, however I have been taking these classes every year. Completed additional classes for Florida Mortgage Law, Construction to Perm Financing, Conventional Loan Processing, Tax Analysis, Appraisal Analysis, Understanding Credit Scoring, FHA Underwriting And Processing, RESPA Laws, Florida Compiance Guidelines,Purchase and Refinance, Fraud Detection, Mortgage Business Ethics, Reverse Mortgages and Florida Fair Lending and the Private Investor as well as other classes pertaining to my Mortgage and Real Estate career.
