Gina, Sorry to here about your situation. Verbal offers mean nothing in the State of Florida with regards to real estate. Did you have your own representation? If yes, they should have told you
Russell, It depends on the type of contract you used. If it was an "as-is" contract written by FAR/BAR (look the bottom of the page in tiny print on the left side)you should have an inspection period
Vanessa, Hello...I am not sure what you mean by "a mold breeding ground"? But, lets back up. Did the seller indicate if they lived in the property? If yes, they should have known about the leak
Rashad, With out going through each title one by one and seeing if a lien/mortgage has been recorded against it I am not sure of a way to search by "cash". Mortgages are recorded and private mortgages
