What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field? Learning about real estate is an ever changing environment. The complexities of the real estate makes it challenging, thus very interesting.

What do you like about this subject? Today's real estate market requires a combination of skill sets and attributes in the following disciplines - analysis of market conditions and keeping current on issues affecting the real estate industry. I like these aspects about real estate and make effective use of my skills and attributes.
