I am equipped with ten (10) long years in Philippine Real Estate Industry and handled major brands and across all market segments. My expertise is giving sound advice on properties that will benefit a long time profitable investment and financing availability for all types of buyer. I have a 98% credibility record on client property turn over.

Experience in the area

I am in real estate selling since year 1997. I was initially selling residential condominiums in Philippines. But during Asian currency crisis and after two (2) surviving years I shifted from high rise condo units to affordable house and lot packages targeting the unaffected market in the 1990s the Oversees Filipino Workers. And since that time when I have joined the number four (#4) real estate developer company and the largest real estate developer in terms of geographical presence in the Philippines, for eight (8) straight years since October 1999, I rose from the ranks from a struggling Sales Manager in the late 90s to a top a notch Sales Director for this new millennium. On my 10th year in real estate selling (February 5, 2008), I was awarded Top Business Partner/Managing Sales Director for Communities Philippines- a Vista Land subsidiary (a Crown Asia brand). I have achieved a half a billion 0.5B in sales for the whole year of 2007, it is the highest record achieved by a Director nationwide within my category. Last year 2008, another personal milestone unfolds in my real estate selling career, at the height of my real estate selling career, I have joined the country's most-experienced and the number one (#1) real estate company in the Philippines - Ayala Land. Another milestone award was received by your Guru, Last February 19, 2009 your Real Estate Guru receives the A.S.C. Top Corporate Area Specialist Award for the 2nd semester of 2008.
