Working in different types of restaurants as a server, I have learned the importance of all aspects of the restaurant business - food quality, customer satisfaction, atmosphere, consistency of service, timeliness of service, professionalism with customers and coworkers, management, hosting, banquet service, and efficient multitasking. All of these areas are important, but in reality, they must all work together to have a restaurant that functions properly as much as possible.

Experience in the area

During my time as a server, I have experienced laid back atmospheres as in sports bars, as well as fine dining and found myself able to adapt very quickly to both settings. I have learned that you literally have to read the body language of everyone who comes into your place of business. It's literally a table by table job.


I have an Associate's in Business Administration as well as an Associate's in Broadcast Production Technology.
