What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  There is always more to learn!I hope to continue to reach more and more people that I can work with and publish more books.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Quality is more important than quantity when it comes to workouts. Also, how you eat has a huge impact on how successful your workouts will be.
