Annette, I am not sure what her problem is but it sounds like depression based on her meds. What she needs is a therapist to teacher some coping skills and how to deal with her feelings and anxieties
Janet, The hospital will not be reimbursed in most cases because the emergency is not medical it is psychiatric so you would be in the wrong level of care. Some people are admitted to a medical floor
