Hi Some company offer the removal and disposal, but if are plaining to do it yourself you will need to disconnect the plumbing and remove the old countertop that it's attached by screws and sometimes
All quartz surfaces are the same,it's done on the same process, the only differences is the colors, just go with the color you like, just to let you know the nicier color, especially if it have sparkles

Hello Never herd about it, Caesar stone will not fade or turn yellow, it's hot resistance, almost impossible to scratch, very easy to maintain and the best part it not require sealer at all. otherwise
Hi Try to use "Magic granite" you can find it at Home Depot, it should bring the shine back and restore some of the damaged areas. But if you want something better, I recommend you to contact Granite
