Expert Profile: Rhonda

Expertise:  I have detailed knowledge of the 1964 1/2 to 1970 Ford Mustangs, including the Shelby`s, GT`s and Specials like the 1968 California Special`s and the 1966,67,and 68 High Country Specials. I can help you find out if you have a rare car or plain Jane Mustang. I`m not mechanically inclined, so I can`t tell you how to rebuild the engine, but I can find some one who can. I can help decode the vin number, figure out what correct parts are needed for your concourse restoration and help you determine the value of your Mustang.

Experience in the area
I was 6 years old when my Mother bought a 1970 Mach I Mustang,(I learned to drive in that car). My first Mustang was a 1967 Lime Gold 6 cyl. convertible. Second Mustang was a 1966 coupe Mustang Sprint w/6 cylinder. Current Mustang is a rare 1968 GT/CS California Special, 1 of 148 that came from the factory with a 6 cylinder engine.( a "T" code) It now has a 1965 Ford 289 4V engine with a Manual 4 Speed Toploader transmission w/ Hurst shifter, Edelbrock Carb, Edelbrock Intake and High Performance Camshaft. It is the original Highland green with Saddle interior. I`ve learned alot about 1964 1/2 to 1970 Mustang`s and am still learning, I love them, I live them. If I don`t know the answer to your question, I`ll find the answer.
