I am a work/life effectiveness consultant and trainer with over 11 years of experience in Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Personal Effectiveness. As the CEO/Founder of The Integrated Mother®, I help fulfill the company’s mission to develop opportunities for women to thrive and succeed as leaders, parents and high-impact individuals. I also serve on the faculty for Rio Salado College and Grand Canyon University where I instruct courses in entrepreneurship, organizational behavior and English. And most important...I'm a working mother with three children ages 7, 5 and 2-1/2.
I hold a bachelor degree in English, a master's degree in Organization Development and post-graduate certificates in management, entrepreneurship and coaching. I am also certified to deliver leading management programs, including FranklinCovey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" workshop.
I know the importance of raising the next generation of leaders (our kids) AND experiencing a personally fulfilling life. I love seeing working mothers creatively do both!

The "mommy wars" is a media ploy and it's pretty annoying that moms are pawned to create "news."
