If you double post a question I WILL reject BOTH of your questions.*** Im now working two jobs and no longer have the same kind of time on my hands that I used to. It takes me 15-20 to fully answer each question to the best of my ability and if I have 10 questions, well you understand. That adds up and I dont want to not give quality answers because im rushing love you guys though!*** I can answer many types of questions in respect to women believing they might possibly be pregnant. I have exceptional knowledge in this field and; I can comfort someone who is going through the trivial time of "trying to conceive" or the people who think they are and are very worried. I can help settle the dispute of positive or negative on a pregnancy test (just send a pic my way!) or give advice on the symptoms you are experiencing before a missed period. Pretty much, if you have a question in regards to being pregnant, feeling pregnant or thinking you are pregnant feel free to ask away. If I do not know the answer off hand I also have the resources to help research the answer. I can not diagnose or give you 100% answers because without tests and actually being able to see you even a long time doctor normally can not diagnose someone. Its also very unsafe. Also if you need to know which partner is the father this is not the place to do that. Conception dates are hard to pinpoint and if you're in this situation talk to a doctor instead.

Experience in the area

I am currently working to obtain a nursing degree and want to continue on to be an OBGYN. Most of my research while being in college has helped me gain an amplitude of knowledge regarding pregnancy, especially the time before you know if you are truly pregnant or not. I am very interested in this time as the first few weeks of a pregnancy can be the most important. I also deal with these types of questions on a daily basis in life thanks to my friends and family. I currently do not have children due to the fact I want to finish my degree before I start a family but all of my close friends and family have one or more children at home so I learn, hands on, from them.

Organizations

I am a volunteer at the Red Cross when time permits. I am a member of a Mardi Gras organization which takes up what is left of my free time. I am also the owner of BSM Photography.

Education/Credentials

As I stated in the previous section, I am currently enrolled in college to become a registered nurse and then move on the becoming an OBGYN. Also, as I said before most of my studies, even if I begin on a subject as far off as cardiovascular issues, somehow lead me straight back to pregnancy as I am very interested in the subject.

What do you like about this subject?

I like the fact that pregnancies are all so varied and different. Everything is up in the air. I love learning about different women's signs and comforting the women (and men) who feel like they may not be ready.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I hope to learn more ways women know they are pregnant and begin to understand the mass array of symptoms. I also hope to educate women on how to protect themselves (especially younger women) and even how to make getting pregnant easier if they are having trouble. I want to be the first person they think of when they have a pregnancy related question.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

There is only about a 35% each month that a healthy couple will conceive, even if they have sex every other day. Babies are miracle. In the long run, 85% of women who continue to have completely unprotected sex will conceive in a year.
