Expertise

EFT is a highly flexible, versatile and effective healing tool. I can suggest areas where it can be tried, help with framing of the setup affirmations and where appropriate, modifications/shortcuts which are likely to prove useful in a particular case. "The Basic Recipe" of EFT can be obtained (for free) from http://www.eftuniverse.com

Experience in the area

I am an experienced MTT Practitioner and have taken hundreds of successful individual sessions, for numerous and varied emotional and physical issues. I have also used EFT to help personal improvement, including overcoming mental blocks and enhancing performance in sports and academics. Our team at "Serene Reflection" has conducted several workshops for various groups, such as housewives, students, teachers, professors, and corporates.

Publications

I have written 2 books: "It's Your Life - A Practical Handbook for Chronic Ailments" and "The Caregiver's Manual". Both these books are available for free reading or download, at http://www.serenereflection.com/ Article in official EFT newsletter at www.emofree.com "Emotional Freedom Techniques", published by Wisdom Tree, India.

What do you like about this subject?

EFT can be learned easily and is used on a wide variety of issues with impressive results, often in minutes. Many acute symptoms can be resolved independently, empowering the individual to work at his/her own well being and development. Persistent and imaginative use of EFT enhances emotional and physical health, as well as spiritual growth.
