My experience in real estate is 4 years specializing in residental single family residence. Also, sales have included multi-plex, land, and investment properties. Experienced in short sales, bank owned properties, broker price opinions, negotiations, buyer and seller representation, consultation, contract consultation, legal disclosures, construction evaluation. Areas of expertise include most all of Pierce County, University Place, Lakewood and Dupont, North Tacoma and So. King County.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I hope to keep learning more in this field until the day that I am no longer on this earth! It is something I am passionate about and I learn more with each transaction, each conversation with other real estate professionals and each class that I take. It is a journey of knowledge and experiences, people, challenging situations.
