Experience in the area

I am a retired homebuilder registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission #16229. I own my own residential construction consultation firm - AHI Consultants and oversee the construction of about 350 new homes each year. I carry certificates from the International Code Council as a Residential Combination Inspector, Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Mechanical Inspector and Plumbing Inspector. I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (#4336) as a Professional Inspector. I am licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture's Structural Pest Control Service as a Certified Applicator (#40247). I am a certified inspector in both the American Society of Home Inspectors and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am a Certified Residential Inspector in the National Association of Home Inspectors. I am a Certified Master Inspector as per the Master Inspector Certification Board. I am a member of the Building and Fire Codes Board of the City of Garland, Texas. I am certified by the Post-Tensioning Institute as a Level 1 Unbonded Post-Tension Installer. I am certified by EIMA as an EIFS Moisture Analyst and Inspector.
