I can answer your question about the home inspection process and the home inspection industry. I own Simcoe Muskoka Home & Property Inspections serving central Ontario, north of Toronto, Canada. There are sometimes difficult questions about home inspection and home conditions, sometimes it takes experience, an unbiased and educated approach, as a Certified Master Inspector I can bring you those qualities. If you have had a Home Inspection, and have questions feel free to ask. Do not get caught unawares in a money pit. Is the Realtor and Seller fully disclosing what they know? Is the Home Inspector glossing over some items? Why is it that some realtors hate the Home Inspectors who are tagged as "deal killers", while other Realtors like to have a good inspection and to protect their clients. As I say on my website: "Helping others is my passion, and Home Inspection is my profession. Let me share my passion and profession and help you in your Real Estate transaction." Let me share over three decades of building experience with you.

I enjoy helping people, and sharing knowledge throughout my service area brings that enjoyment.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

There is no end to what one can learn, the techniques in construction are always changing as are the tools and techniques we can use to perform Home Inspections. Learning is never ending, I average over 100 hours a year in classroom education, plus what I can learn by reading, online, etc.
