This unfortunately is not my area of expertise, however I suggest that you contact a local hospital and the speech pathologist can give you a satisfactory explanation in minutes since the work is second
I suggest that you have a certified speech language pathologist, at least screen or evaluate your child in order to determine if therapy is needed. Many times the "cause" for the difficulty is irrelevant
