Natasha, No, in the state of Missouri a tenant in survivorship is not automatic. The home needs to go through probate or provided in a will, unless it was originally put in your deed. The title company
Daniel, Did you get the security deposit from the previous owner transferred to you? If so you can obviously keep that for any late rent or damages. Unfortunately once you have a tenant getting rid of
