I can answer specific financial and/or lending questions for consumers. Real estate financing has many twists and turns depending on each individual's scenario, and I am educated and knowledgable in all of the financing options available in the realm of real estate.

I have worked in real estate financing for nearly 10 years. I have held employment functions in underwriting, funding, and processing. I have also owned several mortgage companies focusing on wholesale mortgage origination.

Education/Credentials

There are minimal credentials that can be listed regarding real estate financing. However, I participate annually at networking and roundtable events regarding the Iowa mortgage and real estate marketplace. In addition, I attend several continuing education seminars annually as well as countless webinars regarding changes in lending laws, guideline changes, and mortgage tax credits.
