I can answer questions on how organizational change happens and how to structure efforts of change within organizations. Within my definition of organizational culture, e.g. that culture is "the way we usually do things here" I can suggest ways to understand what specifically you can try in order to effect change.
I have a Ph.D. in Public Administration within which I studied organizational theory and behavior. I consulted with numerous non-profit organizations which the government agency that funded them wanted to change. I studied and worked in a very large government organization that changed, or attempted to change, its basic structure and everything about its interaction with its employees and the people it served. I wrote my dissertation on the basis of these experiences. I was a professional manger for over 30 years in the area of finance in several large government organizations. I am now retired.

I have a Ph.D. in Public Administration, an MPA in Public Administration, and a BA in Sociology. I taught undergraduate and graduate classes in Management, but not as a career, just an adjunct. I finished my Ph.D. after I retired and decided not to purse a full time career in the field.
