There are no questions about MENSA®, the International "High IQ Society" that I cannot answer, because if I personally don't have the answer, I have plenty of associates within this worldwide fraternal organization who can help me discover the correct response to any conceivable question.
I am a LIFE Member of American Mensa, Ltd., the American chapter of Mensa International (the "High IQ" society, which was founded in 1946 in the United Kingdom), and have been a member in good standing since 1985, a period of over 25 years. I have held elective office in two local groups, as Co-President of the Honolulu (HI) chapter, and as the Membership Chairman of the Las Vegas (NV) chapter. I have been at the helm of three SIGs ("Special Interest Groups") and enjoy many enduring friendships within the organization.
MENSA®, the International "High IQ" Society (Life member, since 1985) and a Life member (since 1970) of AANR - American Association for Nude Recreation (formerly, the ASA - American Sunbathing Association). I am also an Associate (since 1994) with "A Minor Consideration," an organization dedicated to assisting, mentoring and advocating for "child performers, past, present and future."
I've had numerous obituaries published online, that I have written as an Associate with "A Minor Consideration." Here are some links to several of them: http://www.minorcon.org/dorothy_de_borba.html http://www.minorcon.org/carole_ann_campbell.html http://www.minorcon.org/lori_martin.html http://www.minorcon.org/earl_robie.html http://www.minorcon.org/aubrey.html http://www.minorcon.org/shirley_mills.html http://www.minorcon.org/haim2.html http://www.minorcon.org/andrew_koenig2.html http://www.minorcon.org/simmons1.html http://www.minorcon.org/murphy.html http://www.minorcon.org/coghlan_jacobi.html I also wrote a short story for "THE MOOSLETTER" which was published online, here: http://www.cow.net/moosletter/encounter.html
I have audited classes at the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities) in the late 1960s and 70s, attended classes at the University of Hawaii (Manoa Campus, Oahu) in the 1980s, and attended classes at the University of Nevada - Las Vegas, in the 1990s and early 2000s. I was also a student at Brown Institute of Broadcasting in Minneapolis MN, from 1969-70.
One of the founding members of "C.O.W." - "Cow Observers Worldwide," an international COW fan club of sorts. I was the one who created the name for the organization, in the winter of 1993. http://www.cow.net/moosletter/backissues.html
